To deliver worry free operation and eliminate the cost associated with the warranty repairs, GalaxyBit offers a Limited Warranty as a standard feature across all major product lines.

Warranty Policy:

* Remark:

  1. This warranty right only lies in the initial purchaser of products and is not transferrable.
  2. This warranty right do not apply to special-offer products. For special-offer products, we will remark the warranty period under the product.
  3. The warranty clause does not include any product damage caused by improper installation, accident hazards, natural disasters, abuse, misuse, low power or over-voltage, incorrect operation, poor/ bad environmental conditions and any unauthorized disassembly, repair or modification.
  4. The warranty clause does not apply to products with modified internal electronic information, EEPROM information, etc. without authorized.
  5. The warranty clause does not include system problems caused by third-party software, upgraded software or upgraded IOS of the connecting devices.

* Exemption Clause:

  1. The information above is the complete warranty provisions for GalaxyBit products, which is the only effective warranty promise and will replace all written or verbal warranty commitments. Other warranties out of this clause, including decrees in other countries, provinces or locations and any indicative warranty clauses that is nonaggressive, merchantable or suited for some specific purposes, will not be recognized by GalaxyBit.
  2. GalaxyBit has not authorized its products to be used in those critical parts that is related to device life, or other applications in which product failure or mal-function may cause injury or death. If GalaxyBit products are used in military equipment, traffic control equipment, disaster prevention systems or medical equipment, GalaxyBit will not assume any liability for any possible casualties or property loss.
  3. GalaxyBit warranty responsibility only confines to maintenance, replacement and interest-free refund services. Any violation of the warranty clause or law will be compensated only by maintenance, replacement or interest-free refund. To the maximum extent of law permission, GalaxyBit will not be held the responsible to its customers or end users for any damage, expenses, loss of data, loss of income, loss of savings, loss of profits and any unavoidable or indirect damage resulted from the purchase, use or incapable function of GalaxyBit’s product

 

15-Day money back Guarantee:

15-Day money back guarantee applies to all products sold by GalaxyBit provided that the items are new, undamaged, unmodified and in good resalable condition. If you are not satisfied with the product, you can apply return within 15 days.
All freight charges, transaction costs (bank charge or Paypal cost, etc) are the responsibility of the customer.

Returns are not acceptable if:

  1. The products are proved to have been abused, misused, replaced, repaired, or modified.
  2. After 15 days of delivery, returns are not acceptable. If the items are still under warranty period, customer could ask for repair or replacement.
  3. No Return agreement was reached with a GalaxyBit sales representative before Returns.
  4. Return process is not done based on GalaxyBit Return instructions.

 

RMA Process:

All products have been thoroughly tested to be free of defects in material and workmanship.
If any product should malfunction while used in its recommended environment during the applicable warranty period under GalaxyBit warranty policy, GalaxyBit, at its option, will repair or replace the product at no charge.

In the unlikely event of a wrong or defective or failed item that you want to ask for return and refund within 15 days of delivery, immediately make note of the part number, serial number and description and proof of issue. Email or call your sales representative to submit part(s) and receive an RMA # and return instruction via email. Return tracking No. must be provided within 7 working days after you receive the RMA in order to get a full refund (refunds don’t include freight charge and transaction cost). You should expect to receive your refund within 2 months of giving your package to the return shipper; however, in many cases you will receive a refund sooner. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (7 to 30 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

RMA is not acceptable if:

  1. Products exceeds the warranty period.
  2. Products don’t accord with GalaxyBit warranty policy.
  3. No RMA agreement was reached with a GalaxyBit sales representative before RMA.
  4. RMA is not done based on GalaxyBit RMA instructions.

RMA Request
In the unlikely event of a wrong or defective or failed item, immediately make note of the part number, serial number and description and proof of issue. Email or call your sales representative to submit part(s) and receive an RMA # via email. We will promptly send the RMA number and return instruction. Please provide return tracking No. within 7 working days after you receive the RMA. Please let us know if there is a production link at stake, for we will often cross-ship to ensure minimal downtime. For customers who do not practice sparing, replacement product is usually in stock and ready to ship.

When products from GalaxyBit need maintenance, pls contact GalaxyBit maintenance center for timely maintenance service.
Please be kindly noted:
Free Maintenance Service: Products that have quality problems result in the defective product design or material using problems that lead to malfunction and have no appearance damage.

Non-Maintenance Items:
Products authenticated by Maintenance center to be not from GalaxyBit.
Products with damaged label
